Yes! We are a Black Owned, Woman owned headwrap company headquartered in New Jersey. Our Head wraps are handcrafted with love in The Bronx, NYC. Our fabrics are imported from West Africa. We carry Headwraps & African print products to help you be the best you! Our colors are bold and vivid to complement the rich melanin in our skin.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR HEAD WRAP?
Our Headwraps are approximately 36 inches wide by 72 inches long. They are very wide and long to allow your to create versatile looks.

EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY
Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following Return and Exchange policy. Effective, September 1, 2021, while we do offer returns and exchanges - items will not be opened right away to ensure that we do not bring covid -19 into our facilities. And to ensure quality health and the safety of our customers. We thank you for your humble understanding regarding this matter. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will no longer update shipping addresses. Please contact us at email@example.com or 877-214-9737 for any questions or concerns.
Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. 'RETURN TO SENDER'
Packages that are 'returned to sender' due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs.
TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact your local USPS post office providing your tracking details. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with UPS/USPS. We will not replace UPS/USPS confirming package(s) delivery.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it.
ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. However, Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to ship.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most of our orders are shipped out directly from our New Jersey warehouse.

Depending on your location delivery is usually between 3-5 business days after products have been shipped. However, due to COVID-19 we see some more delays in USPS system. But as always we are trying our best to get our your orders as soon as they come in
For our international customers delivery may be a bit longer between 5 - 10 business days.
Due to the current circumstances, carriers are not required to receive a signature from the recipient. We ask that you keep track of your delivery with a tracking number that is emailed to you to avoid any missing packages.
How will my order be shipped?
We offer shipping services with United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. For international orders, our carrier will release the package to your country’s postal service for delivery.
Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.
Part of my order came - where is the rest of my order?
Don't be alarmed - we sometimes split up larger orders and you may receive 2 different shipments. Why? Because if we have most of your items in stock we will ship it out right away to get you your items sooner and ship out the rest of your order within a few days later. We know you guys are anxious to get your products so we try to get them out as soon as possible.

Does Glamorous Chicks Headwraps ship internationally?
Yes, Glamorous Chicks Headwraps offers international shipping to all countries that the US postal Service can ship to. All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

My order is over $60 USD but I am not receiving free shipping, why?
Unfortunately we only do free shipping for US orders only.

My order is being shipped internationally, why hasn't the tracking updated?
First Class International service is non-traceable. Once it leaves our facility, it is no longer required to populate tracking. At the very most, it will populate until it reaches the destination country. This is why you will not see any updates.
How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.
*Please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with USPS to open an investigation.
Why was my order shipped signature required?
If an order is over $100, Glamorous Chicks Headwraps may elect to ship the order with signature required. This is solely at Glamorous Chicks Headwraps discretion and done to protect the buyer's purchase.
My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my package.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered.
